This 1-day workshop introduces participants to the concepts of dementia and principles of caring for the elderly with dementia. |

This 2-day workshop equips professionals with the knowledge to care for elderly living with dementia including:

- Helping the person with dementia
- Failure-free activities for the elderly
- Caregiver's stress and aromatherapy |
| Train the Trainers of Volunteers Befriending Older Persons |
This is an intensive 3-day workshop to equip the trainers and organisations to train their volunteers who are befriending older persons. The training seeks to impart the attitude, knowledge and skills needed by befrienders, thereby improving service quality and quality of life of the older person with whom they work with. Participants are required to do a training demonstration back to the facilitator. |

• An overview of aromatherapy
• Choosing and using essential oils safely
• Effective treatment of common women’s symptoms with aromatherapy

This workshop introduces skills and techniques that senior couples found useful in maintaining a strong marriage into old age. It covers issues of communications, reole relationships, expectations, and spitituality. |

This workshop prepares seniors in developing skills in accepting responsibilities, appreciating their own needs, and being more assertive and in achieving them. |
| GAB Professional (5 sessions) |
The guided autobiography workshop for professionals (e.g. social workers, counsellors, occupational therapists, case managers, and nurses) is a 5-day (40 hours) classroom training in the core knowledge, skills and approaches in running GAB; and 8 hours of supervision when participants start running GAB groups. On completion of this workshop, participants will be able to effectively facilitate their own GAB workshops. |
| GAB (General Public 8 sessions) |
This is a guided autobiography (GAB) workshop for you to take a look at your life and ask a few questions – Where have you been? What have you experienced? What were the key events or people in your life? Where are you at now? Where do you want to go? You might even want to record it and leave a legacy for your family. The workshop is conducted over 8 sessions, each 3 hours, over 8 to 20 weeks.
